Meet Our Team

William Glass
Founder & CEO
William (Bill) Glass, NCARB, LEED AP has 45 years of experience in all aspects of design, construction, energy engineering and real estate development.  Bill has two Masters degrees in Business and Architecture and has spent 25 years focused in the senior living industry including 5 years as a Design Director with the Marriott Corporation.

Recent efforts include Renewable Energy product design and “Energy Renaissance” initiatives including building forensics, envelope rehab, geothermal groundwater WSHP heat exchange, cogeneration, ice banks and a trip to Japan to study VRFZ HVAC systems.  Bill has NCARB status and current or prior architectural licenses in FL, NY, LA, GA, MS, ME.
Irma Schmidt
Office Manager
Irma has only been at G2 for one year but in that time she has initiated an accounting system for the office and introduced standardized forms for processing efficiency.  Irma's  responsibilities include accounting, human resources, insurance renewals  and receptionist.

Her prior experience as a Operations Manager for a Software Developer in Washington DC, has made her a great addition to the G2 family. From there she moved into specialty insurance which was her "bread and butter" until she left the industry.  Cookie enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren...and sometimes her husband Bill (Glass).
Cesar Duran
Project Architect
Cesar Duran is in his 6th year of working at G2 Architecture. He is an Army Veteran and has a degree in Architecture from Florida Atlantic University and is currently working to get his architectural license. He leads our team in project coordination and production. He is dedicated to helping clients visualize their designs and approaches each project with a strong design sensibility and a passion for improving the quality of life for all users.  

With a strong background in residential projects, Cesar is a driving force for G2.  He brings his unique design experience and his ability to move from concept design to hands-on technical work.  When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his young sons.
Jordan Ann Sperounis
Project Designer
Jordan Ann has recently graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston Massachusetts. She is currently finishing up her masters in architecture with a concentration in emerging technologies. With experience in Net-Zero housing, she led her team to the 2022 Solar Decathlon finals. Passionate about sustainable living, Jordan Ann provides insight on how to apply modern technologies and design solutions.

She has experience in landscape architecture as well as residential and is eager to insure quality living through her designs. Proficient in artistic representation she aims to help clients visualize and bring to life their dream designs. When she is not in the office she enjoys staying active, going to the beach, and watching Boston sports, Go Red Sox!
